Believe this to be an Antique Tea Cup from Germany in the German Lustreware
Condition Pre-owned no chips or cracks, some gold loss on the rim and handle, and on the tear drops decorating the front of the cup. Excellent for it's age.
This holds about 8 oz and is about 3 inches tall and 3 inches across the top.
