Q2. Are the items listed in stock?

A. All items listed for sale are in stock. In a rare case we may have made an error in our stock. We sell on multiple sites, so sometimes an item has not been removed. The stock can be verified prior to placing the order by emailing us..

Q3. Can I have an order shipped to a different address than my billing address?

A. Orders can be shipped to an alternate address. As only one address is entered on the order, you will need to have a Pay Pal account and add this alternate address on your account as a gift address. Then it can be entered on the order.

Q4. Will I be charged sales tax?

A. Sales Tax is calculated on all orders shipped within California at the base rate of 7.50% it is up to each California resident to pay any additional city or county sales taxes above the base rate on their annual tax return in accordance with the laws.

Shipments outside of California. The customer is responsible for paying the Sales Use Tax in accordance with the laws within your state or country.

Q5. Do you accept international or military APO/FPO orders?

A. We are sorry we are unable to ship to military addresses or PO Boxes. We do not ship outside the US 48 states.

Q6. How do I know when my order has completed?

A. An automated e-mail is sent to confirm the order has been placed. If you do not receive this confirmation please contact us.

Q7. Can I buy a larger quantity of an item then available?

A. Some items can be ordered and shipped directly from the manufacture or distributor. In some cases this will delay shipment of the items, up to 3 weeks. Just ask us.

Q8. Do I have to pay for insurance on the order?

A. All orders are shipped insured, a signature confirmation will be required on all orders of $250 or more, no exceptions.

Q9. Can I place an order over the phone?

A. We are sorry we do not take phone orders, we ask all of our customers to place their orders online, as we would have to do to process your order, as credit cards can only be processed online. This is also to avoid errors on the order information. If you do not want to place your credit card online please pay using Pay Pal.
