From the 1940 Film Fantasia here is a Walt Disney Classic Collection Members Only Limited Edition piece of 5,000, This was only available during 1998 and this one is number 3785.
The name is The Touch of an Autumn Fairy.
The fairy is very delicate standing on a leaf and turning the greenery to yellow. The Sculptor on this piece was Kent Melton.
